Its lightweight and compact design allows for the installation of valves close to the cutting head. This enables shorter piping to the cutting head, minimizing gas loss while quickly responding to pressure changes. Holzinger's cutting gas control system demonstrates high precision and stable cutting performance, particularly important during the cutting of thin metal sheets in flatbed laser cutting machines. It supports a maximum output pressure of 2.8 MPa, safely cutting through thick metal plates. The valve design, with sufficient cross-sectional area, prevents pressure drop at the cutting head even during cutting with large-diameter nozzles or at low input pressures, ensuring stable cutting.
